The 2019 Figure of the Year Annabelle is designed by renowned artist Neil Faulkner and dressed in an enchanting, rich duck egg blue full-skirted gown. The decorative lighter-toned inner skirt is embellished with precious 24 carat gold floral details while the edges of the outer layer are beautifully accentuated with delicate hand-made roses down each side. These roses also embellish her elegant off-the-shoulder straps. Annabelle’s long light brown wavy hair falls delicately around her gold drop earrings as she flutters a delicate fan decorated with 24 carat floral details ready to be the belle at a summer time ball.
