For United Kingdom: FREE DELIVERY for UK if value of order £49 or over. (Purchase up to £49, Delivery £4.50. ).
Most UK despatches will be Royal Mail 24 Tracked for smaller parcels. Larger parcels will be Fedex Tracked and will take 2/3 working days.
Please indicate under the 'Special Instructions' section if you would like the parcel left with a neighbour or somewhere 'safe'.
For EEC: Standard Tracked Delivery for countries in the EEC will be up to 10 working days, usually within 5 working days. Please note that the UK tax (VAT) is deducted for all overseas purchases. All EEC countries are likely to charge our customers their own country's VAT plus administrative charges before a parcel can be delivered. So extra charges are very likely. We will not send any parcel to the EEC until the customer confirms they are ok with any extra charges.
Europe but not EEC: Selected countries will receive Tracked delivery up to 10 days.
For USA and Canada: Tracked Delivery up to 10 working days.
Rest of World: Countries not referred to in other categories will receive Tracked delivery in 10 to 14 days.
All Delivery charges are estimated and customers will be informed of any differences on an individual basis if necessary to see if they want to go ahead. This especially applies to Overseas long distance deliveries. A refund will be made if delivery charges are significantly over the actual cost incurred.

Our many years of packaging experience mean that the arrival of damaged goods is highly unlikely, but in the event of a transportation mishap, we will require a photo of the damage and packaging, and a free of charge replacement will be dispatched.
