Morrab Studio of Cornwall have been trading since 1950 and in over 60 years have learnt that we need to ensure customer satisfaction. We undertake to deliver the goods you order to the delivery address you give us, in the time specified on our delivery information, also accommodating any other special instructions.
Delivery (Shipping) Charges.
Our charges for delivery are as accurate as possible. Due to the wide variety of items for sale in our online store and their weight variations, sometimes the delivery charge will be incorrect. We will either refund any significant overpayment or ask for an extra payment in order to carry out the delivery. This especially applies to overseas delivery charges which can only be estimated initially.
We are always happy to give an accurate delivery cost in response to an e-mail or similar enquiry. Please do not hesitate to contact us.
We will treat all your personal information as confidential. We'll keep it on a secure server and keep to all current UK Data Protection and Consumer Legislation.
Any personal information you give us will be used only for processing your orders and, if you agree, to let you know of products or special offers that may be of interest to you. If you want to stop us contacting you - simply send us an e-mail and we will remove you from our database immediately.
We intend to comply with the UK Data Protection legislation. We will never release your personal information to any other company for any reason.
All prices include VAT (Value Added Tax) where applicable at 20%. If you are buying from outside the UK and the delivery country is not subject to VAT, then VAT will be deducted from the price.
It is your responsibility to contact your tax office regarding any import duty.
Morrab Studio will accept returns if in some way the product is damaged or in some way fails to live up to its description. If you discover a problem upon delivery we will undertake to rectify the problem as soon as possible.
We will refund your money or exchange any item under the guidance laid down by the United Kingdom distance selling regulations. All we ask is that you return the item to us, unused, and in its original condition with the appropriate packing slip/advice note within 14 days of delivery.
Please Note: We do not accept the return for exchange or refund of earrings for pierced ears, for Health and Safety reasons. Unless damaged or unsatisfactory condition.
When mailing your return please obtain a proof of posting certificate which is available free of charge from any post office. Please note that we do not pay the cost of return postage unless it is deemed that the goods were received in an unsatisfactory condition.
In the unlikely event of goods arriving damaged we will require a photo of the damage and packaging, then a free of charge replacement will be sent or if that is not possible, a refund activated.
Payments using our online provider Sage-pay are secure. We also offer the option of secure payment through PayPal.
All of our payment pages are secure.
Prices will be verified as part of our despatch process. Very occasionally an error in pricing might occur. This will be dealt with by communication with yourself according to amount of discrepancy.
Photos of products and descriptions are done with best intent - sometimes colours may be slightly different in 'real life' viewing. We will refund if you are not satisfied and the goods are returned to us.
