Merrythought - Sitting Rabbit Heritage Special Numbered Edition

This delightful little rabbit debuted in Merrythought’s inaugural 1931 catalogue, appearing alongside an assortment of animals created by the company’s original designer, Florence Attwood. This ‘feather-light’ character was particularly favoured in this petite size, which perches perfectly within the palm of your hand.

True to the historic design, our adorable replica has been meticulously handmade using traditional skills and materials and is crafted from the finest powder blue mohair plush and peach wool felt. This tiny companion features the original hand-stitched detailing under the muzzle.

As with each character in Merrythought’s Heritage Collection, Sitting Rabbit features an authentic replica of our earliest ‘hygienic toys’ label, and has been individually numbered as a Special Edition. Presented in a pure cotton dust bag with a Certificate of Authenticity.

Suitable for children over 36 months. Please remove all tags and accessories before giving to a child.
